Personal data is information that can be used to ascertain your identity. It includes information such as your correct name, address, postal address and telephone number. Information that is not directly related to your real identity (for example, favourite Web pages or number of site users) does not come under "personal data".
You can generally use our online offer without disclosing your identity. If you want to use our chargeable offers, we ask you for your name and other personal information, which we require to process your registration. Whether you enter this data is entirely up to you.
We store your details on our servers in Germany. Access to this data is possible for just a few people with special authorisations, who are involved with the technical or commercial support of the servers.
In connection with your registration, data that permits an identification (for example, IP address, date and time) is stored on our servers for protection purposes. No person-related use is made of this data. We reserve the right to carry out statistical analyses of anonymised data records.
Disclosure of Personal Information to Third Parties
We use your personal information only for the purposes of order processing. We do not forward it to any third party without your express consent. Should data be forwarded to service providers in the course of our order data processing, then these service providers are bound by the provisions of the German Federal Data Protection Act (BDSG), other legal regulations and our data protection guidelines. We transfer your data to authorities entitled to receive information only in so far as we are obliged to do so by law or a decision by the courts.
We do not disclose personal data that you have entrusted to us otherwise (for example, in the contact form).
Right of Revocation
If you have entrusted personal data to us, you can have it deleted at any time. Simply send us an appropriate notification. Data for settlement and accounting purposes is not affected by this deletion.
Misuse of Our Offer
In the case of unauthorised or improper use of our offer, we store data that permits identification in order that we may initiate appropriate sanctions. This data is not affected by a deletion application.
